About
Hello Buffs! Welcome to CUServes, the official volunteer management platform of CU Boulder, administered by SLICE. CUServes connects students, faculty, and staff to service opportunities across campus, Boulder, and the surrounding communities. This platform helps you engage with a network of communities—whether you’re looking to volunteer or recruit for a volunteer event.
Below are helpful tips on how to get started with CUServes as a Campus Group or Community Organization.
- Create a Campus Group:
- First, check if your campus group already has a CUServes page.
- If a page does not exist, please click the ‘Submit Campus Group’ button on the right side of the CUServes home screen.
- Proceed to fill out the form.
- After you submit the form, we will either approve your group or contact you if further information is needed.
If your group has a page but appears inactive, please email volunteer@colorado.edu. Include your group’s name and its official ‘colorado.edu’ email. We will update you when administrative access has been transferred.
- Become an Affiliated Community Organization:
- If you already have a GivePulse account, click the ‘Affiliate’ button on the CUServes homepage.
- If you don’t have a GivePulse account, we recommend visiting colorado.givepulse.com/join.
- When creating your profile, it is best to use a general organization email such as ‘volunteercoordinator@organization.org,’ rather than an individual’s email.
If you would like more information on this process, you can visit the ‘Request to Affiliate’ support page. If you are a campus department or a registered student organization (RSO), you do not need to submit a request to become an affiliate. Instead, follow the steps to ‘Create a Campus Group.’
To learn more about SLICE, visit colorado.edu/volunteer. If you have any questions about managing your page, email volunteer@colorado.edu, or message us on this platform. We also recommend visiting GivePulse Support for step-by-step articles explaining the platform’s features.
