|---|---|
| Description | There are many challenges involved with bringing tools for resiliency to the Movement. We will discuss a few key areas and brainstorm ways we can uproot systems of inequity to improve mutual aid, protest support, and community care:
About Tamia Deary: Tamia’s journey back to wellness without adequate resources after being diagnosed with breast cancer and post-traumatic stress disorder/response (PTSD/R) impressed upon me the importance of self-care and inspired me to improve access to care for my community by founding PDX Alliance for Self-Care. I believe in mutual aid and in building collective power to dismantle systems of oppression. Please note, Zoom meeting password will be sent on the day of the event |
