This option covers driving routes across Jefferson, Shelby, Chilton, Walker, and St. Clair Counties.
Volunteers will pick up toys at up to 4 Publix locations and deliver to participating nonprofit agency locations. Communication with United Way Hands On Staff, Agency Contacts, and Publix Store Associates may be necessary.
Your own vehicle is required. Van, Truck, or SUV is recommended.

| Description | Toys will be picked up from Publix at Trace Crossing in Hoover & Rock Ridge in Vestavia, and delivered to Jefferson County Child Development Council (located right behind UWCA on 37th St S). Toys can be delivered any time after 8:00 am but must be delivered by 4:30 pm. This route can be completed any day this week. Trace Crossings has 6-7 large bags. Rocky Ridge has 4 large bags. Pick up & delivery could potentially take more than one trip. Additional details and Contact information will be sent upon registration (we do not publicly share agency contact info). |
