The Unbound Lead Volunteer Team is a trusted group of adaptable, experienced volunteers who help keep race week running smoothly. This team fills critical gaps, supports captains and staff, and steps in wherever help is needed most.

Responsibilities

• Assist with logistics, signage, and course materials

• Support checkpoints, packet pickup, or athlete services

• Fill in for last-minute needs

• Help problem-solve and communicate with staff

No two shifts are the same — flexibility and a positive attitude are key.

Ideal Volunteers

• Prior Unbound experience preferred

• Strong communicators

• Calm, reliable, and proactive

• Able to attend a mandatory pre-event briefing
