About
Who are we?
Ogden Valley Adaptive Sports (OVA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to removing barriers to outdoor recreation for people with disabilities through life-changing experiences. Since 2009, we’ve served the 135,000+ individuals with disabilities in northern Utah, and many more who visit, helping them experience the joy and freedom of our world-class outdoor venues, from Snowbasin and Powder Mountain to Pineview Reservoir and the miles of local trails. Our team is united by a passion for inclusion in the outdoors. With more than 100 trained staff and volunteers, including certified adaptive ski and snowboard instructors, we deliver personalized lessons that build confidence, independence, and lifelong skills.
OVA exists to ensure everyone, regardless of ability, can share in the adventure, community, and healing power of the outdoors.
From cycling and kayaking to hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and community outings, our adaptive summer programs open paths for all abilities to explore, connect, and thrive—right here in the heart of Ogden Valley.
