2026 The Rad Dirt Fest

This role requires a great deal of patience, communication, and course knowledge.  Candidates MUST be intimately familiar with the course, be able to carry a pack, communicate consistently (aid stations, safety and others).  
Must have:  excellent course knowledge, working bicycle, large pack, food, foul weather gear, good communication skills, a LOT of patience!
Assuming this role sounds like it is for you, AWESOME.  We would love to have you help us keep eyes and ears on our final rider, ensuring that we help get them across the finish line in time and keep our staff and safety crews in line with our course cutoffs for permitting etc.
