MICR Rugby Field Grand Opening!

Join our setup team and help prepare the space for a day of celebration with students, families, supporters, and community members. Volunteers will help create a welcoming environment and ensure event activities are ready to go before the event begins.

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Setting up tables, chairs, tents, and signage
• Assisting with activity and game setup
• Preparing event spaces and materials
• Helping organize supplies and equipment
• Assisting with general event preparation tasks as needed

No special experience is required — just a willingness to help and jump in where needed.
