BUCOP Managers

Hello Managers, 

Thank you for volunteering with BUCOP this Saturday! Please review the following before your shift.

Clinic Details

• Time: 9:00AM–4:00 PM

• Address: 3125 E 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46201

• Parking: Gravel lot across from the clinic

• Arrival:

• Driving volunteers:

• Manager 9-12PM: arrive to campus by 8:30AM

• Manager 12-4PM: arrive to campus by 11:30AM

• Not driving volunteers:

• Manager 9-12PM: arrive to clinic by 8:45AM

• Manager 12-4PM: arrive to clinic by 11:45AM

• Volunteers may email you to coordinate rides. 

Pharmacist & Inventory

• Rolling Inventory: Complete 1 cabinet/month, leave sticker and record in clinic notes.

Medications

• Take photos of all invoices (front/back) and send to Serena Burk (216-206-8004).

• For insulin or brand meds (Breo, Advair, Flovent, Spiriva), complete DOH forms and send to Macy Scudder (mrscudder@butler.edu).

• Fluticasone/Salmeterol may be ordered directly (1-month supply).

• Incruse (umeclidinium) available for COPD; for asthma, use PAP form for Spiriva.

Updated formulary, manager roles, and DOH workflow are attached.

Before & After Clinic

• Review the blue section of the tracking sheet before starting.

• Leave fridge/freezer keys with cabinet keys.

• Return laptops to the bottom drawer of the pharmacist counter.

• Complete clinic notes before leaving:
  Clinic Notes Form
  Include meds running low and any returning patients.
