I am a customer oriented service attendant with thorough knowledge in the event and retail industry.
I am familiar with the operations of high capacity events owing to a vast experience at music festivals and recreational gatherings. I also work closely with ADA programs and am trained with accessibility compliant laws. Recently, I completed certification for Crowd Management and Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response with FEMA.
In some of my previous work I was responsible for handling guests in a fast and efficient manner, providing tickets, wristbands and/or credentials using mobile ticketing systems and answering to customer inquiries. I encourage people inside footprint, managing event flow and capture digital data through handheld units. I am also a quick learner and capable of operating any ticketing/POS systems. I have experience managing volunteers, effectively managing line flows while maintaining enthusiasm and shuttling guests using personal/rental vehicles, golf carts and 16 passenger sprinter vans.
