Monday Park Litter Pick-up

Hello and welcome to Pease Park, we are glad you are here. 

Today you will be helping us keep Pease Park clean and healthy. Litter is a constant concern in any public green space and it is important for us to do our part in picking it up and disposing of it.

Our volunteers have found many a number of different types of litter like plastic bottles, chip bags, even shopping carts, and mattresses in the park. We don’t want these things polluting our parks or waterways so we find it very important, as well as meaningful to clean them up.

This is a self-paced and self-directed event; you do not need to stay the entire time.

Please bring water. Gloves, trash grabbers, and bags will be provided.
