About
Late Registration: Now available until Thursday, October 23rd at 8 AM. We will do our best to place late registrants at service sites. Late registrants are not guaranteed a t-shirt, but will be contacted after the event if there are t-shirts remaining.
Every fall the Student Leadership and Involvement office hosts "Make a Difference Day," the largest national day of community service, in which students, faculty, and staff come together to serve our community. This year's event will take place on Saturday, October 25th.
Volunteer projects will vary based on the needs of local agencies and community members. Painting, weeding, planting, digging, raking, cleaning, organizing, and moving are all likely projects that we have seen in the past.
Check-in will occur from 8:30 - 9:00 AM in the Commons on the ground floor of the MUB for all registrants. Information packets will be be distributed and from there, groups will travel to service locations. Projects may require that groups drive to their location.
PLEASE NOTE: Each member of your organization/group must register individually for Make a Difference Day.
