Join Austin Asian American Film Festival and They Call Us Bruce for a free LIVE PODCAST TAPING event in the vein of NPR's “Wait Wait Don't Tell Me” with an Asian American twist. Podcast hosted by Phil Yu (Angry Asian Man) and Jeff Yang (journalist and celebrity father of Hudson Yang). Asian creatives mixer following podcast. Light bites and drinks provided.
Our trivia panelists this year are Paul Sun-Hyung Lee & Simu Liu (Actor, "Kim's Convenience"), PJ Raval (SXSW Keynote Speaker/Documentary Director), Nancy Wang Yuen, Ph.D. (Author & Pop Culture Geek), Chloe Dao ("Project Runway" Winner), and Jonny Sun (writer on "Bojack Horseman", Lin Manuel-Miranda collaborator).

About Austin Asian American Film Festival
The mission of AAAFF is to tell Asian and Asian American stories via media arts and help Asian Americans explore opportunities in cinema. We do this by showcasing the best in new Asian and Asian American cinema at our annual film festival and through year-round screenings and special events. Our 2019 Festival will be June 13-16.
