Help make a difference in the Beaver Lake watershed and help improve and protect our most precious natural resource - water! Volunteers will help remove invasive species on Mt. Sequoyah, a 96-acre open greenspace in south Fayetteville. Invasive plants choke out native plants and can hinder biodiversity and water quality. Gloves, tools, water, and training will be provided on site. Comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

We will meet at the trailhead at Mt. Sequoyah Woods, located at 5 S Happy Hollow Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72701. We'll clear invasives from 10am to 12pm noon. For questions or to RSVP, call 479-750-8007 or email Thank you for helping improve and protect the Beaver Lake watershed!!!
