Spacecon 2026 is gearing up to be one of the most epic intergalactic pop culture events in the galaxy! Produced by PMX Events, SpaceCon brings fans face-to-face with legendary icons from universes like Star Wars, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, and countless other sci-fi and fantasy franchises from film and television.This isn’t just a convention, it’s a full-scale cosmic experience, and we need an incredible volunteer crew to help make it happen.

For every volunteer shift completed, a donation will be made to the TEXAS YES Project in support of our mission to uplift education across Texas. Thanks to PMX Events, we raised $20,000 from the last Spacecon, and we’re aiming for a repeat performance at warp speed!

🚨 Heads-up from Mission Control: We’re thrilled to have you join the Spacecon 2026 volunteer crew! To ensure a smooth and successful event, volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of two shifts. This helps us keep operations running seamlessly and ensures a great experience for fans, guests, and fellow crew members alike.

Requirement Details
Attire: Volunteers will be issued a SPACECON San Antonio show shirt. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Meals: Lunch and dinner will be provided along with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in the volunteer room.
Volunteer Training: All volunteers will complete virtual training prior to Spacecon 2026. This ensures everyone is mission-ready before arriving on site. Volunteers assigned to specific roles or departments may also be required to attend additional in-person training. Details for any required in-person sessions will be shared in advance with those selected.
Perks: Two Spacecon passes (Friday or Sunday) per 2 shifts worked & Daily prize drawings included.

Parking Details
Parking details for Spacecon 2026 will be posted as the event date approaches. All volunteers will receive updated parking instructions prior to the show to ensure a smooth arrival on mission day. Please check back closer to launch for finalized parking information. Thanks for your patience, and we’ll see you on the flight deck! 🚀
