About
Help preserve the woodlands of West Fairmount Park. Join Philadelphia Parks & Recreation for a restoration project to plant "live stakes" to help protect and restore a stream bank and remove invasive vines and shrubs from the surrounding woods.
All tools and materials will be provided- including work gloves (though you're welcome to bring your own). Please note restrooms are not available at this location, and volunteers should bring plenty of water for themselves.
This event will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain or thunder or severe weather conditions!
