I had a great time spreading/transporting mulch and learning about the various efforts that the Pease Park Conservancy undertakes to maintain such a valuable natural resource for the Austin area. I enjoyed meeting Nick, the Conservation Coordinator, and my fellow volunteers for the day. It was overall a great experience that I highly recommend to others who love the outdoors and want to contribute to keeping our local park beautiful.
