It was good. We went through a building and turned off monitors, classroom lights, other electronics off to save power.

The event was used to promote astronomy, and in general the sciences, to children at an Elementary school. It's an initiative to get children interested in the STEM fields. I helped out at a booth to display all the demonstrations the organization had to show. Jessica Wigley is the outreach coordinator for this organization. She can be reached at utexasastronomy@gmail.com.
I helped table at an event for the Astronomy Students Association. I helped promote the organization and astronomy for the event. My contribution was helping table and with demonstrations. Please contact Jessica Wigley at utexasastronomy@gmail.com for confirmation.
I helped John with some ULN things. One can contact him at John.Newton@austin.utexas.edu. If you have any questions, let me know at Gonzalez.Andrew@utexas.edu.
The event was nice. I attended and helped take out the weeds from the garden. The point is to ensure that the resources for the plants are being met without competition from the surrounding grass. The coordinator can be contacted at gardening@utenvironment.org which is the general email for the Concho Community Garden Organization.
It was a fun event. The organizer created a set of teams which were distributed throughout various campus buildings to power down unused computers, flip off light switches, and other things to conserve energy. The EWC programs created the event to help UT save on power. The main organizer can be contacted via Givepulse, or at longhornlightsout15@gmail.com.
I assisted The Committees/The Board establish relationships with On-Campus service partners for the Fall of 2015. Contact John Newton at john.newton@austin.utexas.edu for more information. The original recorded date was: 12/1/2015.
NOTE: This service was possibly recorded in the incorrect ULN group ("University Leadership Network"). If you have any concerns, please email me at Gonzalez.Andrew@utexas.edu for more clarity.
This event went well, again. Lily, the supervisor and administrator for this event on Givepulse, can be contacted on Givepulse, and she has the record to show my service at the event. Overall, it's a nice event to volunteer for. I helped clean up parts of the garden, and helped around.
I worked with The Board/Committees a bit this semester. John Newton, John.Newton@austin.utexas.edu. Most of my work was in helping establish who are on-campus partners were for this semester.
It's a good way to spend time helping the community. It's an enjoyable time. The administrator, Lily, was kind and marked attendance for those participating in the event.
