This garden is an awesome thing to have and the purpose behind it makes it all the better. I'm a supporter of natural food produced on a smaller scale than the mass scale it is now. So helping to serve and maintain a small garden such as this to produce healthy nurturing food not only feels good, but does good for the environment and your body.

Great place to volunteer at to help with the Fun Run packet pickup. You meet good people and always a good working environment.

Great service opportunity to help out with such a big event in Texas. Got to do multiple work stations including looking up bib numbers, directing people, handing out race packets, and other parts. Such a fun and interesting expo going on at the same time as well.

Spent the entire night at the Relay For Life event under the tower including cleaning,walking, getting food/drinks, and clean up at the end. This was between the times of 7:30PM and 3:30AM which adds up to 8 hours then an additional 2 hours for the $10 dollar donation at 1 hour for $5.

$20 donation for the race fee to Raise4ACause 5K record run to help put Acacia in the Ripley's Believe it or Not book and put name on shirt.

Got there a little late so was just hanging out at the volunteer tent until something came up. Made some rounds out on the trail and got to deliver snacks/water to the trail guides. Finished up by working the last hour at Santa's Workshop which is always fun. Overall I really enjoyed volunteering here.

This was a really fun experience and I loved all the different types of lights/decorations that were up. Got to meet a lot of cool people and help direct families at Santa's workshop.
