It feels great to be part of something that is visibly and uniquely Athens. I always get a boost of happiness when I see the daffodils blooming in the spring, and I can't wait to see the ones we planted come up. Participating in planting daffodil bulbs give me a sense of ownership of our city and its efforts at making our streets more picturesque.
