Great experience! This was more in the city so it was definitely more communication involved.

Fantastic experience! Since this was hosted by a school, got to see kids, and their parents enjoying the food that we donated to them. The people that also volunteered there were great, and got to interact over the cause we were delivering for.

In this volunteering, we serve apple cider to people who took an interest in the cause for FRESHFARM's donation to people in need. The notion was to raise enough money throughout the month, give the money to vendors who will purchase fresh food for people without it. It is about allowing people to relish in thanksgiving with the food donated to them because of their circumstance. Committing to this can also create unity within the community. Helping out a fellow citizen can give them the positivity, and joy everyone needs in life as well as create a space for appreciation, and empathy.

I found the experience fun. It is always nice connecting with people for a good cause, and explaining to them what we're volunteering for. I got to interact with fellow volunteers, and we bonded over the experience(hi Alana, if you're seeing this!). Overall, I would do it all over again.
