I abSOULutely serving this community with this group of people. Every time is such a gratifying experience, especially when you are able help replace that "fake it til you make it" smile with a "made it" smile, even if only for the day or a little while. Each day counts, and I'm blessed to be a part of each one that I can count... and serve.
I am honored and humbled to be a part of an outreach that serves the needs of so many, especially during a time when Hope and Faith are being challenged. I'm especially blessed to experience serving in an environment that applies genuine Grace, Empathy and Kindness to those within the community. There were so many grateful, friendly and happy faces (those being served and those of being served) this morning. I was encouraged, and pray that I passed that in to those whom I interacted with.
