It's great to be able to serve the people of my college community, and being able to see a roof take form was a beautiful picture of what it means to serve. To help someone in need is the kind of work that builds the future of society, and helps end the culture of narcissism that is so prevalent in our modern world.
Working Dance Marathon has been the best volunteer experience I've had this year!!
I am a regular volunteer at Fellowship. I lead worship on the Sunday morning and Sunday night teams and love it. Fellowship has been a place that I feel like I have been able to grow and I love being able to serve and give my time to move the gospel forward however I can.
I was able to volunteer as a Worship Leader at Fellowship Fayetteville, which has shown me the power of faith, good planning and the will to work as a team. This is important to me as it translates to other aspects of life and affects how I take on my academics too. It takes a team to be successful. I would recommend this type of volunteering to anyone, and all my feedback is positive. You're doing it right Fellowship
