Watched Margie Gilbertson, AuD in the clinic with a patient, specifically fitting for a new hearing aid.

I helped Maddie with making custom earmolds, using the video otoscope, and being in the testing booth. It was so fun! Would love to do it again.

Shadowed Amy Stein, AuD at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Ar. I was with her from 1:00 Pm-4:30 PM. I saw a range of Tinnitus patients, regular hearing tests (bone and air), and learned about several hearing aid companies and hearing aid sizing/care. Very interesting. I loved it!

The New School: Selected to participate in hearing screening and professional training. Went to local schools near my university and performed hearing screenings on students ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade. Worked with an audiometer and otoscope to perform pure tone tests on children.

Pi Beta Phi Read>Lead>Achieve Children's Literacy 5k: Senior leadership position managing underclassmen and directing runners throughout the race. Raised, on average, 60,000 dollars for Pi Beta Phi’s philanthropy, Read>Lead>Achieve.
