I helped set up various things before the carnival started. I decorated tables and stocked drinks for the food booth. Once the carnival started I oversaw all the games and made sure each game and adequate prizes and volunteers.

I volunteered at the Trail of Lights this year. I was an exterior trail guide which meant I was able to greet everyone that walked through the Stratford entrance. Halfway way through my shift not many people were entering so I was relocated to work at a different station. I was placed at an interactive display called Groovey Grove which was in the middle of the trail where food trucks were available. It was fun to see parents having fun with their children and families in general having fun. I volunteer at the Tail of Lights every year and it's always great time despite how cold it can get.
