I LOVE this whole concept! My Dad grew up in London during WWII and lived with rationing for several years. He has passed down his huge concern for food waste to our family. We do what we can to compost in our home, but love that we can be involved in this on a larger scale, and help people at the same time! Can't wait to get started!
