I am a service-oriented professional, founder of Fruit of the Soil, and aspiring naturopathic physician with a strong interest in whole-person health and community-centered care. I believe every person has inherent worth and deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I bring integrity, cultural humility, attentive listening, and a genuine commitment to supporting the well-being of individuals and communities.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and am currently completing the Naturopathic Mastery program through A Life of Peace while fulfilling the science prerequisites for naturopathic medical school. I have also completed Naturopathic Clinician Training in Ghana. My education includes client care, wellness assessment and education, anatomy and physiology, nutrition, herbalism, urinalysis, educational review of common laboratory findings—including CBC, CMP, and routine urinalysis—and foundational awareness of commonly used medications, contraindications, and potential herb–medication interactions.
My approach to nutrition is individualized and may include plant-based nourishment when it aligns with a person’s needs, preferences, culture, values, and wellness goals. I value collaboration, responsible practice, appropriate referral, and learning from licensed healthcare professionals.
I am also trained as a Detox Specialist, holistic doula, reflexologist, and Reiki practitioner, and I maintain CPR/First Aid/AED certification. Through my professional work, education, community involvement, and development of Fruit of the Soil, I have strengthened my communication, organization, relationship-building, and service skills. I welcome opportunities to contribute meaningfully while continuing to learn within compassionate, accessible, and community-based environments.... [more]
